Custom Fields for Slack & Teams Notifications

Notifications sent through Slack and Microsoft Teams can now carry the same rich detail your team already relies on in email — up to six custom fields from your sign-in forms, selected by your admin and included automatically in every notification. Whether a notification lands as a direct message or is posted to a channel, your team sees exactly the context they need about a visitor, without needing to leave Slack or Teams to look it up elsewhere.

Scoped Sync Filters for Google Workspace Directory

Global Admins can now scope Google Workspace Directory Sync to specific Google Groups, Organizational Units, or Domains, bringing in exactly the users you want instead of pulling in your entire company directory. You can also choose to exclude suspended or archived Google Workspace accounts from the sync, for even tighter control over who ends up as a host in Visitly.

Visitor Directory for Admins

Visitor Directory — a new dashboard screen where Global Admins, Location Admins, and Front Desk Admins can view, edit, and manage complete visitor profiles in one place. This includes a visitor's full visit history, along with the ability to directly edit their name, contact details, and other profile information, all without navigating away to a separate section of Visitly. 

Visit Summary Now Available as PDF

Visit summaries are now generated as polished, print-ready PDFs, capturing full detail from the visitor's profile in one properly formatted document — well suited for compliance recordkeeping and audits, in addition to everyday sharing and visibility. You can download and print the Visit Summary directly from the visitor details page, or access it from your connected Google Drive.

Reset Password — Clearer Error Messaging

When setting a new password, Visitly now shows a clear, accurate error message if the password doesn't meet complexity requirements, spelling out exactly what's missing — whether that's length, a number, or a special character, so you can fix it and move on right away.

Bug Fixes

This release also includes a number of smaller improvements: badge printing now handles long visitor names and Thai language correctly, and special characters display properly across exports and other visitor data. SMS notifications and Canadian phone numbers, visitor type selections, and record updates now save and send as expected, alongside smoother behavior for delivery reminders, profile photos, and Microsoft Teams messages.
