Visit Templates

Global Admins can now create, edit, and delete reusable pre-registration templates for all locations. To create one, an admin selects a location and visitor type, fills in the fields that come up for that combination, and saves it as a template, ready to use whenever that kind of visit comes up again.

Quick Invites Using Templates

Once a template is set up, all users at that location can use it to send a Quick Invite. Say a host has a candidate coming in for a recurring interview slot: instead of filling out the full pre-registration form each time, they simply select the Interview template, and the form pre-fills everything else already saved by the Global Admin. Only the visitor's name, email, and phone number are left to enter before the invite is reviewed and sent.

Google Workspace Group Sync

Google Workspace Groups can now sync directly into Visitly as matching User Groups, bringing your existing group structure straight into Visitly instead of requiring you to recreate it by hand. Membership stays aligned automatically going forward, so a change made in Google Workspace carries over to Visitly as well.

Bug Fixes

This release also brings a refreshed Host Dashboard, along with reliability improvements to notifications, sign-in validation, exports, and contactless check-in, all working more smoothly and consistently, backed by general performance enhancements throughout.
