Slack Pre-Registration Notifications
Pre-registration events can now trigger Slack notifications, on top of the existing email and Teams support. Hosts get pinged in the channel they're already watching when a visitor pre-registers, and the team has a shared record of upcoming arrivals.
Bulk Upload and Bulk Actions for Hosts
Hosts can now bulk-upload upcoming visitors and run bulk actions on the Upcoming Visitors view. The bulk upload limit has been increased to 200, making it practical for events and large recurring meetings. Less manual entry, more time on the actual work.
Delegate Visibility into Executive Visits
Delegates can now see their executive's upcoming and past visitors, and they receive email notifications for executive deliveries. Executive assistants get the full context they need to manage their executive's day, without bouncing requests back and forth.
Group Name and Pre-Fill Status at Upcoming Visitors
The Upcoming Visitors page (both Host view and My Visitly) now includes Group Name and Pre-Fill status columns. Easier scanning when a list has events, group meetings, or a mix of pre-arrived and not-yet-pre-arrived visitors.
Recurrence Indicators on Pre-Registration Invites
Recurring pre-registration invites now have clear UI indicators, so you can immediately see which entries are part of a series versus one-off invites. Less double-take when scanning lists; faster mental sorting.
Bulk Pre-Registration Improvements
For teams that use the AG Grid bulk pre-registration tool, this release brings several quality-of-life upgrades: copy-paste support for scheduled check-in/check-out date and time, search-and-add for the Host Email field, an updated grid theme, and a switch from radio buttons to checkboxes for "Notify Host" so it lines up with the rest of the UI. Big-event setup is now noticeably faster.
