Watchlist Severity & Smarter Notifications

Not every watchlist hit deserves the same response. You can now assign severity levels to your watchlist rules and route notifications based on how serious the match is — so a low-priority flag doesn't pull the same attention as a high-risk one. Severity is also surfaced directly in the Visitor Log when a rule is triggered, giving your security and front desk teams the context they need to act quickly.

Auto-Refresh in the Visitor Log
For teams that keep the Visitor Log open throughout the day, there's now an optional toggle to refresh the view every 10 seconds. Front desk staff always see the latest arrivals without having to reload the page — useful for busy lobbies, multi-tenant buildings, and event days.

Cleaner Visitor Log Exports

Working with visitor data in a spreadsheet just got easier. Exports now split date and time into separate fields and include a dedicated visit duration column, so sorting, filtering, and reporting take a lot less cleanup than before.

Multilingual Pre-Arrival & Contactless Check-in

Welcoming visitors in their own language makes a real difference. Pre-arrival registration and contactless check-in now support multiple languages, so international guests, contractors, and visitors who prefer a non-English experience can complete the flow in the language they're most comfortable with.

Smarter Location Cloning

Spinning up a new location used to mean a fair bit of re-configuration. Cloning now carries over templates, visitor types, badges, and document settings — so a new office or site can go live with the same policies as an existing one in just a few clicks.

Contactless Check-in UI Polish
Small visual updates to the ID selection screen — more consistent icons and typography — for a cleaner, more on-brand visitor experience at the kiosk and on personal devices.

Bug Fixes

A couple of fixes worth calling out: Visitor Log exports now correctly handle group names containing special characters like &, and cursor-based pagination on the Employee Sign-ins API now returns complete result sets without dropping records on subsequent pages.
