What you knew as "Pre-fill" is now "Pre-Arrival Registration" — a clearer name that better describes what visitors are actually doing. Along with the rename, the experience has been redesigned as a guided multi-step flow, so visitors complete forms in smaller, friendlier chunks and reach check-in faster on the day of their visit.
Brivo Access Control Integration
Connect Visitly to your Brivo Access system. Once Brivo is set up in the Integration Hub with credentials and OAuth, visitor access can be provisioned automatically as part of the visit flow. Less manual work for security teams, and a smoother arrival experience for guests.
Trial Signup with Google Workspace and Office 365
Getting started with Visitly is now a one-click experience. New trial users can sign up directly with their Google Workspace or Office 365 account — no separate password to create, no extra forms to fill out. Just sign in with the work account you already use.
SCIM Improvements: Location Mapping and User Group Sync
If you're managing users through SCIM, two long-awaited capabilities are now in place. Location IDs can be mapped during user upload, so people land in the right office automatically. And user groups now sync from your identity provider, keeping team membership consistent without manual upkeep.
Host Experience Enhancements
The host experience continues to get better. This release brings refreshed UI behavior, smarter filter syncing across pages, better empty-state visuals when grids are empty, and a 3-character minimum on user search to surface relevant results faster. Hosts spend less time hunting and more time hosting.
Bulk Invite Improvements
For teams that send a lot of invites at once, this round refines the bulk invite experience with better discard-state behavior, cleaner confirmation flow, and more predictable saving. The result: fewer accidental clicks, fewer surprises, and faster work for whoever's setting up your big events.
