Google Workspace Directory Sync
Manually managing employee lists across systems is tedious and error-prone. Visitly now integrates directly with Google Workspace to sync your user directory automatically. Connect via OAuth, and Visitly pulls in users, departments, titles, and profile photos — assigning the Host role by default. Delta sync runs daily at 2 AM (only changed records are processed), and a "Sync Now" button is available for immediate pulls.

Google Drive Integration
Visit data can now flow straight into your Google Drive. Connect your Drive account from the integrations page, select a target folder, and Visitly will automatically generate and upload a summary text file for each visit. The folder structure is designed to accommodate future data types like ID captures and watchlist matches. Error handling and retry logic ensure nothing gets lost if a network hiccup interrupts an upload.

Slack Notification Design Upgrade
Slack notifications sent through the Integration Service have a refreshed, cleaner design — improved formatting and layout so visitor arrival alerts, watchlist hits, and other messages are easier to scan at a glance.

Watchlist Severity & Smarter Rule Enforcement
Watchlist rules now support severity levels (Hit, Low, Medium, High, Critical), and the severity is visible in the rule modal and throughout the UI via a new shortcode. Notification routing respects severity-based recipients — so a low-priority flag won't land in the same inbox as a critical match. We also fixed an issue where all users could see all watchlist hit messages regardless of their configured severity rules, and resolved a bug that allowed watchlist rules to be created without specifying a Field and Value.

Delivery Log Improvements
Hosts and their delegates can now view delivery logs addressed to them directly from the Host Login view — no need to switch to the admin dashboard. Bulk deletion of delivery records with "Unidentified" recipients now works correctly. Delivery package label scanning, which was broken for some users, has also been fixed.
My Visitly Mobile App
The mobile app has been upgraded to React Native 0.78 with React 19, bringing support for Android's 16 KB page size architecture on newer devices. Recurring pre-registration flows now show the correct label ("Repeat" instead of "Repeats"), default to "Does Not Repeat," and properly enforce mandatory fields for recurrence end date and checkout time. Recurring invites are no longer editable beyond group name and internal notes — matching the dashboard behavior. Several crash and stability fixes include resolving a date-fns package crash, token refresh race conditions on app resume, and session restoration failures on cold start.
