Microsoft Teams Channel Notifications

Stay in the loop without leaving Teams. You can now send Visitly event notifications directly to specific Microsoft Teams channels — pick which events go where, and your team sees them as adaptive cards in the channels they already use every day. It's a faster way to keep front desk, security, and host teams aligned without switching tools.

Visitly Developer Portal for V2 API

The Visitly Developer Portal has been refreshed with full V2 API documentation — endpoint references, sample requests, and integration guides all in one place. The Visitly V2 API is available on the Enterprise plan; reach out to support@visitly.io to have it enabled for your organization.

Edit Single Invite Details

Plans change, and now your invites can change with them. For single invites, both Admins and Hosts can update the location and visitor type after the invite has been created. No more cancelling and recreating an invite just because someone moves to a different office or needs a different sign-in flow.

My Visitly Sunset Notice

A banner now appears in the legacy My Visitly Web app — the default landing experience for hosts — letting users know it will be retired on May 24, 2026. The redesigned Host experience launched earlier this year is the replacement, so your hosts have clear notice and plenty of time to transition fully.

Middle Name Support

Names matter — especially when they appear on legal records or background checks. Contactless check-in, pre-arrival registration, and the Visitly Kiosk app now capture middle names alongside first and last, so visitor records reflect the full name your team and your auditors expect.
