Background Check Feature
Visitly now supports automated background checks as part of the visit flow. Configure background check requirements at the organization level or per visitor type, see results directly on the visit details page, and include dynamic check status on printed badges. A more rigorous arrival process for organizations that need it, fully integrated into the existing flow.
Delete External Pre-Registration Permalinks
External pre-registration links can now be deleted, not just disabled. Useful for cleaning up old event links, retiring stale promotion URLs, and keeping your external link list tidy.
Pre-Registered Visit Highlighting
Pre-registered visits are now highlighted in the Visitor Log details page. Front desk staff can immediately see at a glance which visitors were expected versus walk-ins.
Validation for Check-Out Times
Pre-registration and Upcoming Visitors now validate scheduled check-out times to prevent invalid combinations (like check-out before check-in, or recurrence end dates that don't make sense). Fewer scheduling mistakes, more accurate visitor records.
