VisitlyFlex Print Setup

Modified on Fri, 7 Feb at 3:00 PM

VisitlyFlex Print is a printer proxy that enables you to connect printers to an iPad that are not directly supported via Bluetooth or AirPrint.

Pre-requisites

Before proceeding with the installation, ensure you have the following:

✅  An Administrator Role on the System – You must have admin permissions to install the software.

✅  A Windows Computer – This is where the VisitlyFlex Print software will be installed.

✅  A Printer – The printer you want to connect to the iPad.

✅  An iPad – running the Visitly Kiosk App.

✅  All devices connected to the same network – The Windows computer, iPad, and printer must be on the same network for proper communication.

✅  Reserved IP Addresses (Recommended) – It’s best to reserve or assign static IP addresses for both the iPad and the printer to prevent disconnections.
