Adding A Badge Printer

1. Open the Visitly App on your iPad and tap the Settings icon in the top-left corner.

2. Enter the PIN you set during the iPad setup to access the settings screen.

3. On the left menu, tap Printer.

Make sure the iPad and printer are connected to the same network. The app will automatically detect the printer.

4. Select your printer.

Ensure that Badge Printing is enabled for the visitor type you wish to print badges for. If you enable this setting now, refresh the app configuration by restarting the app.

5. Create a test visit for the specified visitor type to confirm the badge prints on the connected printer.
