Device Setup

Set up your device for use with Visitly in just a few minutes!

1. Install the Visitly iPad app. The app requires iOS 16+ on iPad Air or later. For optimal use, we recommend iPad 6th generation or newer.

2. Log into your Visitly Dashboard.

3. Navigate to the Locations page from the left panel.

4. Click Key under the location you want to set up.

A Location Key will pop up.

5. On your device, open the Visitly app and tap Setup New iPad.

6. Tap Scan Site QR Code to scan the QR code, or manually enter the Location Key in the input field.

7. Enter a 4-digit PIN. You will use this PIN to log in from now on.

8. If you have badge printing enabled, click Select Printer to choose your label printer.

9. Click Done to finish setup.
