Okta SSO using SAML2 is available exclusively with the Visitly Enterprise plan and is not enabled by default. To enable this feature, please contact Visitly Support.

Okta Configuration

1. Log in to the Okta Admin Console

2. Navigate to Applications → Applications → Browse App Catalog.

3. Search for "Visitly" in the App Catalog.

4. Click Add Integration and complete the setup. Click Done once the application is added.

5. Navigate to the Sign In tab of the Visitly app.

6. Download the metadata using the Metadata URL and save this file as okta-visitly-metadata.xml.

7. Navigate to the Assignment tab and assign users or groups based on your access requirements.

8. Log in to the Visitly Dashboard.

9. Navigate to Integrations → Single Sign On via the left-hand panel.

10. Click the Install button next to Okta.

11. Upload the metadata file (okta-visitly-metadata.xml) downloaded from Okta.

12. Log out of the Visitly portal and test the SSO login process for assigned users. Ensure everything works as expected before proceeding.

13. Enforce SSO (Optional)

• In the Visitly Dashboard, check the Enforce SSO option to require Single Sign On for all users.

⭐  Note:  Once enforced, users must log in using SSO and will no longer have access to Visitly authentication.
