Simplify user authentication by setting up SAML2 Single Sign-On (SSO) for your organization.
Set Up SAML2 SSO
1. Log in to the Visitly Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Integrations > Single Sign-On from the left-hand menu.
3. Locate Generic SAML in the list of integrations and click Install.
⭐ Note: If the option is not enabled for your organization, please contact Visitly Support.
4. Download the SAML metadata file from your Identity Provider (IdP).
5. Upload the metadata file to the Visitly dashboard and click Save.
6. Add Visitly as a SAML2 application on your Identity Provider using the following values:
Entity ID: visitly.io
Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL: https://sso.visitly.io/saml
NameID Format: emailAddress
Signature Algorithm: RSA_SHA256
Sign Assertion: Yes
Sign Message: No (Visitly does not support signed messages)
7. Assign users to the Visitly application in your Identity Provider and ensure they have the appropriate permissions to access it.
8. Test SSO Configuration.
Log in to your Identity Provider’s SSO portal.
Select the Visitly application and confirm that users can log in successfully.
