G Suite SSO Integration

Configure G Suite SSO

1. Log in to the G Suite Admin console.

2. Navigate to Apps → SAML Apps.

3. Click on the yellow + sign to add a new SAML app.

4. Click on SET UP MY OWN CUSTOM APP.

5. Download the metadata file from the next screen and click Next.

6. Enter the Application Name as "Visitly". Optionally, upload a logo and click Next.

7. Enter SAML Configuration Details:

  • Entity ID: visitly.io

  • ACS URL: https://sso.visitly.io/saml

  • NameID Format: Email

  • Sign Response: Unchecked (Visitly does not support signed messages)

8. Click Next and then Save.

9. Log in to the Visitly Dashboard.

10 Navigate to Integrations → Single Sign-On via the left-hand panel.

11. Click Install next to the G Suite option.

12. Upload the SAML metadata file downloaded and click Save.

13. In the G Suite Admin Console, return to the SAML Apps page.

14. Assign the Visitly app to selected users or all users in your organization.
