Refreshed Integration Hub

The Integration Hub has been rebuilt as a dedicated, easy-to-navigate section in the admin portal where global admins can set up and manage every Visitly integration in one place. Browse by category to find what you need — Notifications (Slack, Teams, Zoom), Single Sign-On (Microsoft Azure, OneLogin, Google Workspace), Access Control (Brivo, Kisi, Genetec, LenelS2), Employee Directory, Guest Wi-Fi, Webhooks, Documents & Storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, DocuSign), Calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook), HR & Recruiting, Emergency Systems, CRM, Customer Support, and API. One place to configure them all, with cleaner navigation and a much better setup experience.

Brivo Access Integration

Visitly now integrates with Brivo Access for visitor access control, with a dedicated entitlement and configuration UI. Set it up at the location level and Visitly can automatically grant Brivo access to visitors as part of the sign-in flow — bridging your visitor management and physical access systems without extra manual steps.

Auto-Scan QR Sign-In and Sign-Out at the Kiosk

The Visitly Kiosk now auto-scans QR codes — both visitors and employees just hold up their QR (from an invite email, pre-registration confirmation, Visitly Pass, or employee badge) and the kiosk recognizes it instantly and signs them in or out. No taps, no menus, no waiting in line behind someone fumbling through a sign-in form. Especially valuable for high-traffic lobbies and busy office mornings where queues used to build up at the door.

 Flow Redesigned

The pre-arrival registration experience has been redesigned with a refreshed UI, smoother step transitions, and better mobile compatibility. Visitors completing pre-arrival on their phones — which is most of them — get a noticeably better experience, with fewer dropped sessions and clearer guidance through each step.

Contactless Check-In Refresh

The contactless check-in flow has had a similar UI/UX refresh. Cleaner visuals, clearer prompts, and a more polished feel from start to finish. Same fast contactless arrival, with a more modern look that matches the rest of the Visitly experience.

Filter Integrations by Category

The Integration Hub can now be filtered by category, so finding the right integration takes one click instead of a scroll. Whether you're looking for an access-control app, a notification channel, or a directory sync, the right group is one click away.

Department Names in Host Search

Host search now shows department names alongside host names — across pre-arrival, contactless check-in, and the Visitly Kiosk app. When two people share a name, you'll know at a glance which one is the right host. Especially helpful in larger organizations.

Employee Check-In Duration Display

The employee check-in card now shows how long an employee has been on-site. A small change that gives front desk teams useful situational awareness without having to do mental math on timestamps.

Persistent Filters Across Visitor Views

Filters you set on one visitor view now persist across the others — My Visitors, All Visitors, View as Delegate, Upcoming Visitors, and Packages. Set your filter once and Visitly remembers it as you move between views, so hosts and delegates managing busy schedules don't have to keep reapplying the same criteria.

Visitor Self Sign-Out via Contactless

Visitors who signed in through Contactless Check-In can now sign themselves out the same way — straight from their phone, with no need to find a kiosk or flag down the front desk on their way out. Smoother exit for the visitor, more accurate on-site visitor counts for your team, and one less thing for the front desk to handle during a busy day.
