Delivery Analytics helps you understand how packages move through your workplace. With real-time charts and filters, your team can track delivery volume, pickup speed, and pending packages—so nothing gets missed and every delivery is accounted for.
⭐ Note: Delivery Analytics is only available to users subscribed to the Mailroom Management feature.
What Does Delivery Analytics Show?
The Delivery Analytics dashboard includes several charts that highlight patterns in your mailroom operations. These insights can help you reduce bottlenecks, improve accountability, and ensure a smoother experience for recipients and mailroom staff alike.
By default, charts show:
Data from the last 30 days
All delivery locations (or your only location, if applicable)
All Delivery Areas
A weekly breakdown of data
Total Deliveries Scanned
Shows how many packages were logged into the system during the selected timeframe. A quick way to measure overall delivery volume.
Average Days to Pickup
Displays the average time it takes for recipients to pick up their packages. Helps you spot delays and address pickup inefficiencies.
Total Deliveries Picked Up
Tracks how many packages were successfully retrieved. A key indicator of recipient responsiveness and mailroom throughput.
Pending Deliveries
Shows the number of packages still awaiting pickup. Use this to keep tabs on unclaimed deliveries.
Deliveries Triaged
Compares the number of packages received versus picked up over time. This helps you visualize daily handling performance.
Deliveries by Delivery Area
Breaks down package volume by specific delivery zones in your workplace. Useful for identifying high-traffic or overloaded areas.
Top Recipients
Lists the top 10 recipients who received the most packages. Great for spotting trends among frequent recipients or departments.
Pending Pickups (Top Recipients)
Highlights the top 10 recipients with the most pending pickups. Helps you follow up and reduce backlog.
Filters You Can Apply
To get the most relevant insights, you can apply filters to customize what data is shown:
Duration Filter
Choose how far back to view data:
Last 30 days (default)
1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year
Or use the calendar to select a custom range
Location Filter
View deliveries across your entire organization or focus on one specific location. If your organization has a single location, the dashboard automatically reflects that.
Delivery Area Filter
Narrow your view by filtering for specific Delivery Areas, like the reception desk, mailroom, or department-level zones.
Time Breakdown
Change the chart grouping to daily, weekly (default), or monthly, depending on the level of detail you need.
