Your go-to dashboard for understanding visitor activity, trends, and workplace patterns.
A Visitor Analytics helps you track how people interact with your workplace – who’s visiting, when they arrive, how often, and why. With clear, visual insights, your team can make smarter decisions around staffing, security, compliance, and space planning.
What You’ll See in the Visitor Analytics Dashboard
Each chart is built to highlight patterns and surface actionable insights at a glance. By default, data is shown for:
The last 30 days
All locations (or just one, if applicable)
All visitor types
Weekly trends (grouped by week)
Key Charts in Visitor Analytics
Checked-In Visitors
Tracks the total number of visitors who checked in during the selected timeframe. A simple way to measure traffic and footfall.
Total Visits by Location
Breaks down how many visitors checked in across your different sites. Helpful for comparing activities between locations.
Visitor Type Breakdown
Group visitors by type, such as guests, contractors, vendors, or interviewees. Understand who’s coming in and why.
Pre-Registered vs Walk-In Visitors
Shows how many visitors were pre-registered versus those who arrived without prior registration. Helps assess sign-in procedures and plan ahead.
Visits by Document Status
Tracks which visits had documents signed and which are still pending. Useful for maintaining compliance and flagging gaps.
Within vs Off-Business Hours Sign-In

Top 10 Hosts by Visits
Lists the employees who hosted the most visitors. Great for understanding department-level activity or planning front desk support.
Visitors by Hour (Heatmap)
Visualizes when visitors arrive throughout the day. Spot peak times quickly and plan staffing or front-desk coverage accordingly.
Filters You Can Use
To make your dashboard more relevant, apply filters to narrow down the data:
Duration Filter
Choose a predefined time range, like the last 30 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year—or use a custom date range.
Location Filter
View data for all locations or zoom in on just one. If your organization has only one location, it will display by default.
Visitor Type Filter
Available when viewing a single location. Filter data by specific visitor types like guests, vendors, contractors, or interviewees for a more focused view.
Time Breakdown
Switch from the default weekly view to daily or monthly groupings for finer granularity.
