Manage Deliveries

Learn how to enable deliveries, view details, and set up delivery notifications in Visitly.



Visitly simplifies customizing features to suit your needs. Manage location deliveries to optimize package tracking, minimize misplaced items, and improve workplace organization. 


Enable Deliveries 

1.  Navigate to the Locations page and click Edit on the desired location card.

2.  In the left panel, click Deliveries.

3.  Click Yes to enable deliveries and No to disable deliveries for this location.

4.  Click Save to confirm your changes.


View & Track Deliveries 

1.  From the Visitly dashboard, click the Delivery tab in the left panel.

Here you'll find the delivery log including details such as: 

  • Delivery Time

  • Delivery Location

  • Delivery Filtering Options


Delivery Notifications

1. Navigate to the Locations page and select the location you want to update.

2. From the left panel, select the Notifications page.

3. Click Add New in the top-right corner.

4. Select the Event you want to trigger the notification (e.g., Delivery).

5. Choose the Recipient.

  • Custom: A person not listed as a Visitly user. If selecting Custom, enter their email address.

  • User: Registered users or employees in Visitly. If selecting User, search for and select their name.

6. Choose a Channel for the notification.

  • Email

  • SMS (Note: SMS is an add-on feature.)

7. Click Save to apply your changes.


  Note:  Visitly includes default notifications that prefill basic event details in the notification body. To customize notification messages, visit Notification Templates.
