Mailroom Management simplifies how your workplace handles incoming packages by providing a seamless way to log, track, and notify recipients all from your existing Visitly tools. 


✦  When a package arrives, simply use the My Visitly App to snap a photo of the shipping label. The app automatically matches the name on the label with your employee directory to find the correct recipient. 


✦  Once matched, the recipient is notified through your preferred channels—email, SMS, Slack, or Microsoft Teams—letting them know their delivery is ready for pickup. 


✦  Employees can mark packages as picked up from the iPad Kiosk or directly through the My Visitly App. If a package goes uncollected, Visitly sends follow-up reminders based on your configured schedule, keeping your delivery area clutter-free.
