Manage Delivery Drop-Off

Learn how to enable delivery drop-off, view details, and set up delivery notifications in Visitly.



Visitly simplifies customizing features to suit your needs. Manage deliveries drop-offs to optimize package tracking, minimize misplaced items, and improve workplace organization.  


Enable Delivery Drop-Off  

1.  Navigate to the Locations page and click Edit on the desired location card.

2.  Scroll to the bottom right of the page and turn on the Enable Delivery Drop-off on iPad feature.


3.  Click Save to confirm your changes.


View & Track Deliveries 

1.  From the Visitly dashboard, hover over the Deliveries tab in the left-hand panel.

2. Select Receiving Log from the submenu.

Here you can view deliveries dropped off based on:

  • Delivery Time

  • Delivery Location


Delivery Notifications

1. Navigate to the Locations page and select the location you want to update.

2. From the left panel, select the Notifications page.

3. Click Add New in the top-right corner.

4. Select the Event you want to trigger the notification (e.g., Delivery).

5. Choose the Recipient.

  • Custom: A person not listed as a Visitly user. If selecting Custom, enter their email address.

  • User: Registered users or employees in Visitly. If selecting User, search for and select their name.

6. Choose a Channel for the notification.

  • Email

  • SMS (Note: SMS is an add-on feature.)

7. Click Save to apply your changes.


  Note:  Visitly includes default notifications that prefill basic event details in the notification body. To customize notification messages, visit Notification Templates.
