During an emergency, the Evacuation Manager can quickly initiate the evacuation process to track and account for everyone on-site in real-time.

Starting An Evacuation

1. Navigate to the Evacuation & Emergency module from your dashboard.

2. Choose a Location and click Start Evacuation.
You’ll be directed to the location dashboard, where you can view real-time evacuation details, including:

• The total number of visitors and employees inside the premises.

• The count of individuals outside the premises.

• The overall total of all visitors and employees on-site.

3. Account for Everyone:

As individuals are accounted for, you can sign them out of the system.

4. End the Evacuation:
Once the emergency is resolved and everyone is safe, click End Evacuation to complete the process.

This feature ensures seamless real-time tracking of all individuals, helping you maintain safety and compliance during critical situations.
