How To Bulk Pre-Register Visitors

1. Navigate to the Pre-Registration page.

2. Click Bulk Pre-Registration.

Manual Bulk Registration

For smaller groups, you can manually enter visitor details directly in Visitly.

1. Click Add to create a new entry.

2. Enter the following information for each visitor:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Company Name 
• Phone Number 
• Check-In Time 
• Check-Out Time

2. Click Update to save each entry.

• Repeat the process to add more visitors.

3. Select notification preferences for visitors and hosts.

4. Choose whether to allow visitors to submit information before arrival.

5. Click Save to complete the bulk pre-registration.

Bulk Registration Via CSV Template

For larger groups, use Visitly’s CSV template to upload multiple visitor records at once.

1. On the Bulk Pre-Registration page, select Click here to download the template.

2. Add visitor details to the template, including:

• Visitor Name
• Email Address
• Company Name
• Phone Number
• Check-In and Check-Out Times

3. Save the updated CSV file.

4. Return to the Bulk Pre-Registration page and complete the following:

• Select the Location from the dropdown menu.

• Choose the Visitor Type from the dropdown.

• Enter the Host Name for the visit.

• Click Upload and select your saved CSV file.

5. Select notification preferences for the visitor and the host.

7. Click Save to complete the bulk pre-registration.
