Global Administrator

This role provides complete access to manage all system settings and data across all locations. As the highest level of admin, you can oversee and control the entire platform efficiently.


Front Desk Administrator

This role grants access to visitor logs, employee logs, delivery logs, and pre-registration data. While you cannot modify configuration settings, you can manage access to specific locations based on needs.


Evacuation Manager

Focused on emergency preparedness, this role allows access to data regarding individuals on-site during evacuations. Location-specific access can be configured as required.


Location Administrator

This role is ideal for managing tasks and data specific to one or more locations, ensuring efficient handling of location-based administrative duties.
