Admin Roles In Visitly

Visitly offers a variety of admin roles to match different responsibilities and access levels.


Global Administrator

This role provides complete access to manage all system settings and data across all locations. As the highest level of admin, you can oversee and control the entire platform efficiently.


Location Administrator

This role enables users to manage settings and data for one or multiple locations, ensuring efficient oversight of location-specific administrative tasks.


Front Desk Administrator

This role grants access to visitor logs, employee logs, delivery logs, and pre-registration data. While you cannot modify configuration settings, you can manage access to specific locations based on needs.


Evacuation Manager

This role is dedicated to emergency preparedness and provides access to the Evacuation and Emergency features. It allows users to view real-time data on individuals currently on-site and send Bullhorn notifications to visitors and employees during evacuations. Access can be restricted to specific locations as needed.


Each role is designed to provide the right level of access and control for various tasks within the system.
