Learn how to add and manage user delegates in Visitly.

Visitly allows you to assign user delegates to receive important notifications on behalf of specified users, ensuring seamless information flow, effective communication, and keeping key contacts informed.
Adding A User Delegate
1. Navigate to Users > User Delegate.
2. Click Add Delegate in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Fill in the fields in the Create User Delegate for Notification popups.
⭐ Note: Only registered users in the system can be assigned as delegates. For more details, refer to Import Users & Hosts.
4. Select Yes if you wish to skip notifying the delegate in the host’s absence; select No to ensure the delegate always receives notifications.
5. Click Save to complete the setup.
Deleting A User Delegate
1. On the User Delegate page, locate the delegate you wish to remove.
3. Click Yes to confirm deletion.
