Easily schedule repeating visits for regular visitors using Recurring Pre-Registration.
Recurring Pre-Registration builds on standard pre-registration by letting you create multiple scheduled visits in one simple step. Set a repeat pattern (daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or weekdays) and Visitly will automatically generate the series of visits for you.

Creating a Recurring Pre-Registration
1. Log in to your Visitly Dashboard.
2. Go to Visitors > Pre-Register Visit.
3. Select the Location and Visitor Type.
4. Choose the Scheduled Check-in Date and Time.
This is the start time for the first visit in the recurring series.
5. Under Repeat, select a repeat pattern:
Does Not Repeat (default)
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Annually
Weekdays (Monday–Friday)
6. Enter visitor details, such as Name, Email, Company, Host, and Group Name.
7. Set a Recurrence End Date and Check-out Time.
These fields appear when a repeat pattern is selected.
8. Review the summary of scheduled visits and click Save.
All recurring visits will appear in the Pre-Registration grid, grouped under the same visitor name.
Notificaitons
Both visitors and hosts receive automated notifications for each scheduled visit based on the chosen recurrence pattern.
1. Go to the Notifications page for the location you want to update.
2. Click Add New in the top-right corner.
3. Select the Event you want to trigger the notification.

4. Choose the Recipient
Host: The person expecting the visitor.
Visitor: The individual arriving on-site.
Custom: A person not listed as a Visitly user. If selecting Custom, enter their email address.
User: Registered users or employees in Visitly. If selecting User, search for and choose their name.
5. Select the Visitor Type (leaving this blank sends notifications for all visitor types).
6. Choose a Channel for the notification:
Email
SMS (Note: SMS is an add-on feature)
7. Click Save.
