Visitly allows you to customize language settings to improve visitor interactions. You can set a Primary Language and add multiple Additional Languages to support multilingual visitors.
Change Primary Language & Additional Languages
1. Login to your Visitly Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Locations page from the left-hand menu.
3. Click Edit on the Location you want to update.
4. In the General tab, locate the Primary Language dropdown and select your preferred language from the list.
5. Click on the Additional Languages dropdown and select the languages you want to support.
6. Click Save to apply the changes.
Additional Notes
The Primary Language will be the default language used in visitor interactions.
Additional Languages will allow visitors to choose their preferred language on the kiosk.
