Visitly allows you to configure the Country Code for SMS Notifications, ensuring that messages sent to visitors and employees use the correct country code for their phone numbers.
Configure SMS Country Code
1. Login to your Visitly Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Locations page from the left-hand menu.
3. Click Edit on the Location you want to update.
4. On the General tab, locate the Country Code for SMS field.
5. Click the dropdown menu and select the appropriate country code (e.g., +1 for the United States).
6. Click Save to confirm and apply the updated country code.
Additional Notes
This setting ensures that SMS notifications sent from Visitly include the correct country prefix.
If your organization operates in multiple countries, verify that each location has the correct country code configured.
Incorrect country code settings may result in failed or undelivered SMS messages.
