Control visitor type visibility for better security with Visitly's Show on iPad feature.

Visitly’s new Show on iPad feature lets you control which visitor types appear during check-in. Whether on the iPad or through contactless sign-in, you can hide specific visitor types for added security and a more focused check-in experience.

How to Control Visitor Type Visibility

1. Log in to your Visitly Dashboard.

2. Go to Locations and click on Edit.

3. Click on Visitor types & in the grid, you’ll see a “Show on iPad” radio button next to each visitor type. Simply turn it off for the visitor type you want to hide from the iPad.

4. Or Access Visitor Type Details Alternatively.

You can open the Visitor Type Details page for any visitor type and adjust the visibility from there.

Once done, the selected visitor types will no longer appear on the iPad during check-in & contactless sign-in, keeping sensitive visitor information secure.
