Manage Employee Sign In

Discover how to enable and manage employee sign-ins for specific locations using visitly.



Enable Employee Sign-In

1. Log in to the Visitly Dashboard and navigate to Settings > General.

  • Ensure that Enable Employee Sign-In is toggled on.

2. Navigate to Locations from the left menu and click Edit on the desired location.

3. Click Employee Sign-In in the left menu.

  • Enable the toggle in the top-right corner.

4. Add custom fields for employee sign-in:

  • Click Add New to add fields.

  • Save your changes.

⭐  Note:  Custom fields must be defined beforehand. Go to Settings > Custom Fields to set them up.


5. Go back to Locations and click Users > Users/Employees.

  • Toggle Enable Employee Sign-In/Out for individual employees.

  • For employees signing in using an iPad kiosk, edit their profile and add the Employee ID/PIN.
