This article explains how you can reset your PIN for a device in case you forgot it.
- Sign in to your admin portal at https://app.visitly.io
- Navigate to Locations and click on Edit for the location you would like to change the device settings for. Click on Devices on the left navigation panel. You will see all the devices associated with the location
- Under the Action column for the device you’d like to reset the PIN, click Reset PIN
- Choose a new PIN and click Update. You can now use your new PIN on your device
