SSO integration with One Login is used for Single Sign On into Visitly Dashboard application using your company credentials.

Prerequisites

SSO using One Login is only available with Visitly Enterprise plan and is not enabled by default. Please Contact Us or email at [email protected] to enable it for your org.

Configuration Steps

  • Login to Visitly Portal and navigate to Integration → Single Sign On and make sure you see “Install” button on One Login tile. If not, please contact Visitly support.

  • Login to Visitly Portal and navigate to Integration → Employee/Staff Directory and make sure you see “Edit” button on One Login tile. If not, please contact Visitly support

  • Login to your OneLogin account using an Admin user and click on Applications

  • Click on Add Application and search for Visitly. Click on Visitly application from the search results.

  • Click Save button

  • Following screen will show once you save the application.

  • Go back to Visitly dashboard and click on Edit button for OneLogin tile on Employee/Staff Directory screen. Copy the API key from this screen and save it securely.

  • On OneLogin, enter the API key from the previous step and click on Enable button and Save.

  • Next, navigate to SSO menu and click on More Action. From there click on SAML Metadata. This will download an XML file to your desktop.

 

  • Go back to Visitly Portal on Single Sign On menu and click Install on OneLogin tile. Upload the SAML metadata downloaded from previous step.

  • Assign the required roles in OneLogin for which you would like your users to be synchronize and have access to Visitly portal.

  • Next, navigate to Provisioning tab and click on Enable provisioning. Leave the other options as is and click on Save.

  • Once all the above steps are done, your users should show up on Visitly admin in Users/Employees screen and they should be be able to log in to Visitly portal from the OneLogin portal.
